A useful end of year assembly or / and class resource about Transition. This is a good discussion to find out about any anxieties your children may have about Transition, Moving On or Change such as moving to a new class / year group or school. The slides can be used with small groups or the whole class and focus on positive things as well as those that may be a little worrying for children. The last slide is an activity sheet, that can be printed off, for children to express their individual thoughts and feelings around Change and Transition. You can change the headings as appropriate for individual needs or your class. The PPT can be used with Primary children of all ages and those with SEN. You can add in extras in this PPT format such as photos of old classes, fond memories etc.
